Tonight… I found the car I have been hunting nationwide for right here in LA, after searching straight for almost 3 weeks!!! Hoooray! I am gonna wake up early and be at the lot to check it out at 10am sharp!

I attended my first fitness contest tonight because my best buddy was competing in bodybuilding. George Castansa from Seinfeld was sitting right in from of us cheering all the meat heads on and scoping all the bikini babes! Lots of spray tan, stripper heals, muscle heads, and bleached out OC looking ladies in da house!! Woop Woop!

I got in the second row and my competitive ass couldn’t help but be the loudest, screaming for all the competitors that I thought had the physiques to take home he trophy! I was definitely the loudest… always! HAHA!

I was really stoked today, after my own training session at Equinox, I set off to Starbucks on 7th and Montana to meet my new trainee, Kim. She did amazing! We rocked the Santa Monica stairs for 1.5 hours and decided she will be training with me 3 times a week. SHE IS READY TO BE IN THE BEST SHAPE OF HER LIFE… AND I AM GOING TO GET HER THERE!!

Also ordered a beautiful new bikini tonight that I really look forward to wearing in my shoot with Obi Obadike this next Wednesday.
